How to earn in Upland
Earning is based on renting out and selling previously purchased NFT buildings. Upon first entering the game, players are awarded a welcome bonus of 4500 UPX. Tokens are also awarded for entering the game.
NFTs are bought for UPX, but money withdrawal from the game is performed only in dollars via PayPal. This is done to prevent token trading on external markets in order to avoid changes in the currency exchange rate.
Rent can be collected every 3 hours. On average, the profit for a month of rent will be 10% of the real estate price. The percentage can be increased by purchasing improvements or another building nearby.
Average return on investment in one building when renting out — 11 months.
At the initial stage of the game in Visitor mode, there is an opportunity to buy only buildings put up for sale by other users. This fact complicates the entry into the game, because inexpensive real estate is bought up by experienced players and is not put up for sale.

In order to get access to the Uplander status, you need to accumulate 10,000 UPX. After that, it will be possible to make offers to other players for the purchase of their plots. Also, being in the Visitor status, you need to renew your visa to visit the game every 7 days, otherwise bonuses for entering the game will no longer be accrued. In the status of Uplander, you no longer need to do this.
In order not to wait for bonuses to accumulate, you can top up your account balance on 6500 UPX — 6,5$.

There are also gray areas in the game, they do not belong to anyone yet and will gradually be opened for purchase by users.
